Parent Council (PC)
The Parent Council (PC) is the facilitating body for the Parent Guild (all parents).
The Council serves as the leadership team for the Parent Guild. PC meetings are a forum for discussion, focused on matters concerning the health of the community and culture of the Blue Oak School. These discussions may result in actions designed to deal with a situation or recommendations to the faculty and/or administration and/or Charter Council for their consideration and/or action.
The (PC) meets consistently on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6 pm. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. You can request that an item be placed on the agenda for discussion or action by emailing the PC Chair at anytime email@example.com The deadline for requests each month is the 3rd Thursday of every month, so the AGENDA can be posted by the end of the day on every 3rd Friday of the month.
Free childcare is offered for Blue Oak students for all Tuesday evening events. You must sign up in the front office by 4 pm on the Monday preceding the event.
